UdSU Summer Schools are annual academic events traditionally organized by the Udmurt State University, one of the leading universities of the Udmurt Republic, Russia. Many years of experience enable the University to provide a unique chance to be involved in social , cultural, or linguistic studies and combine their professional improvement with immersion into multiethnic environment of the area. Academic programmes of UdSU Summer Schools 2015 cover multidisciplinary issues with regard to Finno-Ugric studies, linguistics, ethnic tolerance and cross-cultural education.Integrated practical training and social activities are aimed at demonstrating cultural peculiarities, living conditions, life styles of three major ethnic groups represented in the Udmurt Republic.Udmurts, Russians and Tatars.

Summer School of Russian Language and Culture “Raduga” at UdSU offers you a unique chance to improve your knowledge of Russian as a foreign language in the heart of Russia. The Summer School “Raduga” is a three-week academic event organized every summer by the Udmurt State University. Each year we give international visitors from all over the world an unforgettable experience that combines high academic studies with a wide range of cultural and social activities.The Udmurt State University represents a Summer School of Russian Language on the topic “ABC’s of Russia” in 2015. The year 2015 is officially declared a year of literature in Russia. We invite you to learn the culture and customs of the most "literary" country all over the world. You are warmly welcomed to learn to "read" in Russian and to understand Russia better. The three-week summer school course will immerse you in the atmosphere of Russian hospitality and uncover historical, cultural and multinational aspects of life in Russia.
